seems like if you take an animal and put it in a new environment-it needs time to adapt.
This is happening
to me.
I'm feeling a bit down
about all the friends I miss
dearly, the community I had.
My eczema and allergies are screaming,
so much so that I've made appointments
to get it checked out.
Most people tell me
"you are so out going, you must make friends fast!"
not necessarily.
We've moved several times, but for some reason
I'm taking this one a little harder.
Time, will help.
I know, time.
Sending healing thoughts to you. You always have a place here in this community and you are always, always in our hearts. I think that you and I are alike (in many ways!) but people always think I am an extrovert and I'm really an introvert in disguise.
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to you, Nichole. But, oh, I believe it will get better. Maybe it will help to purpose to find something so very wonderful about this new place. Maybe you and your girls can go on a "new city scavenger hunt!" Be Brave, my friend. :-)
