this weekend also included church, ordering pizza Saturday night, attending a birthday party (for a classmate of my youngest daughter), vacuuming, with Sunday evening being topped off by a deep, deep cleaning of the upstairs bathroom-yeah. I love seeing the shiny chrome on the hot and cold water knobs-again.
I can't wait to see that owl family finished. Where did you find a pattern? That is completely adorable. I love the vase also. And am intrigued by the painting. I am very proud to own two original pieces of yours. :)
ReplyDeleteTara I got the pattern from a knit simple magazine the 2010 holiday issue. The story behind this painting is basically I was thrifting a week or so ago saw a painting I liked but didn't buy it. I went back a couple of days later because I still wanted it but of course it was long gone. So I decided to just go ahead and paint my own-we'll see(:
